Well you can click on said person as they are in sight. You can click on their portrait if they are in your party.
If you want to attack the same monster as someone else you can click on them and then hit F to target their target o_o Which works great in raids and you want to burn down...erm kill one monster fast ex: the healey monster
You can also tab target its as obvious as it sounds. I've done this before and not known it...and it sent out my Warlocks demon and pulled another mob to the group >.> So that kind of targeting can be bad.
